This course takes you through the art of bringing 2D architectural plans to life i.e. creating realistic and believable 3D models and renderings from architectural 2D plans. This course blends hi-end 3D art with architectural design and planning to create life like and next generation architectural visualization. It takes student through power of V-ray the photorealistic rendering engine for visualization. 3D architectural visualization through 3Ds Max will take you around all concepts and techniques of visualization right from 3D modelling from a CAD plan, Texturing with V-ray, Lighting with V-ray, Rendering with V-ray to post production in Photoshop. Student will learn production quality post production in Photoshop for giving final touches and enhancing the renders created with 3Ds Max. Student will learn planning process, industry fundamentals and gain an insight into creating convincing and appealing visualizations.

Course Duration : 3 Months

Course Objective :

To create 3D architectural visualization artist with proven and production level skills for interior, exterior and walkthrough visualization.

To develop Artists who can impart their creativity within the technicality of architectural design/planning and create stunning visualizations.

  • To enhance understanding of professional production values and aesthetics through Project based learning environment, technical analysis, critical evaluation and reflective learning.
  • To provide students with industry specific technical skills using Industry standard software to further develop their problem-solving skills with industry standard Demo reel in their area of specialization

Entry Criteria :

  • 10+2 or Equivalent (Any Stream) with good English communication skills and creative bent of mind.
  • Applicant should have basics of computer graphics (optional).
  • Admission is based on performance in the creative aptitude test and personal interview with the academic manager.
